Performance at exhibition opening of 'Kringplank':

The images below depict a performance held as an addition to the painting series. Here dressed as a painted figure, the artist handed out pieces of cake to visitors. The cake itself depicted one of the artists painting's (not on show at the exhibition) on the edible printed icing. In this way, each cake slice was a part a painting itself. This made the cake an artwork that was being handed out for consumption. The artist walked around the exhibition, distributing cake until it was all gone. This marked the end of the performance.
